Terms of Use

For Free is an online platform that lets independent users publish and discover free service-collaboration listings. The Platform provides hosting and discovery tools; it does not itself provide the listed services, employ listing owners, or become a party to arrangements between users. The operator is identified below.

Public informational pages may be viewed without an account. Creating a listing, revealing contact details, contacting another user through the Platform, or arranging a collaboration is available only to people aged 18 or over. You must provide truthful account information, protect access to your Telegram or Google account, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. We record only an age attestation and its policy version; we do not request a birth date or identity document for this check.

When using the Platform, you are responsible for:

• — the accuracy, legality, and current status of your listing;
• — checking qualifications, insurance, hygiene, safety, and suitability before meeting;
• — agreeing directly with the other user on scope, timing, materials, cancellations, and use of results;
• — complying with professional, licensing, tax, employment, consumer, and advertising rules that apply to you;
• — respecting another person’s boundaries, privacy, image rights, intellectual property, and right to withdraw from a meeting.

You may upload only content you are entitled to use and, where a person is identifiable, only with any permission required by law. You must not publish:

• — illegal services, sexual services, trafficking, weapons, controlled drugs, or instructions that facilitate crime;
• — fraudulent, deceptive, impersonating, spam, or undisclosed commercial advertising content;
• — harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, discriminatory exclusions, or content endangering minors;
• — regulated or invasive medical services without all legally required qualifications and safeguards;
• — personal data, exact home addresses, intimate images, or confidential material without a valid legal basis and permission;
• — content that infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights, or other third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, technically process, resize, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate and promote your listing while it is available and to keep limited moderation evidence where legally justified. You retain ownership of your content.

Listings on For Free are intended for free collaborations. If users agree to payments, deposits, product purchases, travel costs, tips, or other consideration outside the Platform, that arrangement is solely between them and must comply with applicable law. For Free does not process payments, verify professional qualifications, guarantee attendance or results, or insure meetings.

Users may report illegal, unsafe, deceptive, privacy-infringing, or otherwise prohibited content through the listing report tool or by email. We review notices in good faith and may restrict, remove, preserve, or restore content and accounts according to the law and these Terms. When we remove a listing, its owner can see the reason and submit an appeal. We may preserve a snapshot and decision record to handle disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

The public map shows an approximate area of about 100 metres, not a guaranteed meeting point. Exact addresses and meeting details should be exchanged privately only after you are comfortable with the other person. Use a safe location, tell someone you trust, verify relevant credentials, and stop an interaction if it feels unsafe. Call local emergency services for immediate danger.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, trademark, image, privacy, or other rights, send a notice through the report tool or to privacy@forfree.services identifying the content, your right, supporting information, and a reliable way to contact you. Submitters must act in good faith. We may request clarification and will provide an available appeal route to the affected user.

The Platform is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted, changed, or contain user-supplied inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for user conduct, the quality or outcome of a collaboration, missed meetings, or losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

You may delete listings or your account from the profile. We may suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. We will give reasons and an appeal opportunity where required and practical. Material changes are dated and require renewed acceptance before later interactive use; urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner.

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Courts have jurisdiction according to mandatory applicable rules. Before filing a claim, you may contact us so we can try to resolve the issue, but this does not limit any right to contact a regulator or court.
