For Free is an information aggregator that allows users to post service listings. The Platform is not a party to any transaction between users and does not provide services itself.

The Platform is not liable for:

• — the quality, safety, or outcome of any services listed;
• — the actions, omissions, or conduct of any users;
• — the accuracy of information in listings;
• — any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform;
• — failed appointments, cancellations, or disputes between users;
• — the professional qualifications of persons posting listings.

Each user is solely and fully responsible for:

• — the content of their listings;
• — compliance with applicable laws;
• — their own safety when interacting with other users;
• — fulfilling arrangements made with other users;
• — any tax obligations related to providing services.

Users may not post listings that:

• — violate the laws of any applicable jurisdiction;
• — contain false or misleading information;
• — relate to sexual services;
• — infringe the rights of third parties.

The Platform may remove any listing without explanation.

Use of the platform is permitted to persons aged 18 or over, or to minors with the explicit consent of a legal guardian.

The Platform may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Platform's place of administration.
