Privacy Policy

For Free ('Platform') is an information aggregator for beauty services. Data controller: an individual registered in Poland. Contact: support@for-free.app

When using the platform, we receive:

• — Telegram ID, username, and display name — upon Telegram login;
• — phone number — if you provided it in your listing;
• — city and country — if you provided them or allowed geolocation;
• — photos — if you attached them to your listing;
• — technical data: IP address, country by IP, browser type — automatically on visit.

Your data is used solely to:

• — display your listings to other users;
• — enable contact between users (showing contact details in a listing);
• — auto-detect your region for convenient search;
• — prevent fraud and violations of platform rules;
• — traffic analytics using Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — data is anonymised and contains no personal information.

To operate the platform we use: Supabase (data storage, EU servers), Vercel (hosting and analytics — EU/US servers; Standard Contractual Clauses SCC apply for US transfers), Telegram (authentication). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Listing data is stored until you or the platform delete it. Account data is stored until you request deletion. Technical logs — no more than 90 days.

We process data on the following grounds:

• — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — listing data necessary for the service to function;
• — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — technical logs, fraud prevention, anonymous analytics;
• — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — processing of your Telegram account data upon first login.

You may at any time:

• — request a copy of your data;
• — request correction of inaccurate data;
• — request deletion of your data;
• — withdraw consent — use the button below or email support@for-free.app.
